Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Medjugorje.blog (the “Site“). These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, features, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms (as well as our Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you“) and the owner/operator of the Site (“Medjugorje.blog“, “we“, “us“, or “our“). Medjugorje.blog is owned and operated by Jan Binder. The Site is provided for informational purposes to an international audience. Please note that additional terms or disclaimers may apply to certain features of the Site; any such terms will be displayed to you at relevant sections and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Ireland, unless applicable law requires otherwise. By using the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to such venue (including any objection based on inconvenience).

No Waiver: No waiver by Medjugorje.blog of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Similarly, any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. We must expressly waive a provision in writing for it to be waived.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service (along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or guidelines posted on the Site for specific features) constitute the entire agreement between you and Medjugorje.blog regarding your use of the Site. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties (both written and oral) regarding the Site.
