Hi, my name is Jan Binder. I was born in what once was Yugoslavia. I visited Medjugorje as a pilgrim in October of 2021 on a tour organized by my local parish. Although I do not believe in the supernatural character of the ongoing apparitions, I am still fascinated by the Medjugorje phenomenon and I am beyond impressed by the generosity of the locals, the open-heartedness and piety of the pilgrims who come here, and the beauty of this remote village in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

However, I was not impressed by the fact that it’s hard to come by accurate and up-to-date information on Medjugorje. So, I have decided to write a comprehensive guide to the Medjugorje Pilgrimage that will be of great help to anyone interested in this phenomenon and visiting this unique Bosnian parish.
